不銹鋼分選機是一種有效的不銹鋼破碎料回收方法。氣刀分選是一種以電磁探測為基礎(chǔ)的分選方法。電磁探測使用基于電渦流效應(yīng)的金屬檢測探頭來實現(xiàn),金屬檢測探頭是一種用于金屬檢測的傳感器,能夠?qū)δ繕似扑榱线M行快速識別并將電壓信號傳遞到控制系統(tǒng);使用皮帶運送破碎料,在分選設(shè)備運行前,控制系統(tǒng)需要計算出皮帶速度,根據(jù)金屬檢測探頭信號和速度信號,經(jīng)計算處理后確定分選時間,即噴氣延時,并控制分選機構(gòu)的電磁閥在合適時間通電,打開閥口噴氣實現(xiàn)分選。分選機構(gòu)需要配以氣源系統(tǒng)不斷供應(yīng)壓縮氣體以維持內(nèi)部氣壓,滿足實際生產(chǎn)中不斷噴氣的要求。
Stainless steel sorting is an effective method for recovering stainless steel crushed materials. Air knife sorting is a sorting method based on electromagnetic detection. Electromagnetic detection is achieved using metal detection probes based on eddy current effects. Metal detection probes are sensors used for metal detection, which can quickly identify target crushed materials and transmit voltage signals to the control system; Before using a belt to transport crushed materials, the control system needs to calculate the belt speed before the sorting equipment runs. Based on the metal detection probe signal and speed signal, the sorting time, namely the jet delay, is determined after calculation and processing. The electromagnetic valve of the sorting mechanism is controlled to be energized at an appropriate time, and the valve port is opened for jet cleaning to achieve sorting. The sorting mechanism needs to be equipped with an air source system to continuously supply compressed gas to maintain internal pressure and meet the requirements of continuous air injection in actual production.
為保證分選動作具有足夠的精度和效率,金屬檢測探頭、控制系統(tǒng)和電磁閥需要滿足快速響應(yīng)的特性,從測速、識別、信號處理到分選動作的執(zhí)行,整個過程的時間不應(yīng)超過 20ms。鑒于金屬檢測探頭的識別和氣刀分選特性,皮帶上的待分選破碎料需要均勻分散,避免因為破碎料重疊造成的誤選現(xiàn)象,因此分選機需要配備相應(yīng)的振動送料裝置。為實現(xiàn)上述分選功能,分選機需要設(shè)置傳動控制裝置、識別及傳感裝置、控制系統(tǒng)、分選機構(gòu)、氣源系統(tǒng)。
To ensure sufficient accuracy and efficiency of the sorting action, the metal detection probe, control system, and solenoid valve need to meet the characteristics of fast response. The entire process from speed measurement, recognition, signal processing to the execution of the sorting action should not exceed 20ms. Given the recognition of metal detection probes and the characteristics of air knife sorting, the crushed materials to be sorted on the belt need to be evenly dispersed to avoid misselection caused by overlapping crushed materials. Therefore, the sorting machine needs to be equipped with corresponding vibration feeding devices. To achieve the above sorting function, the sorting machine needs to be equipped with transmission control devices, identification and sensing devices, control systems, sorting mechanisms, and air source systems.
